Herdine Nicholson is a licensed real estate professional in Florida and Jamaica with approximately 20 years of real estate experience, several of those years spent as a US top producer licensed in the state of Georgia. She left a career providing Strategic Management, IT Project Management, and Business Analysis for the C-Suite of several Fortune 500 companies when she welcomed her second daughter 20 years ago to pursue real estate, believing at the time that she would have more time with her brand-new baby before returning to her career in IT. Little did she know that real estate would become her passion and the joy of interacting with clients, customers, and other real estate professionals would be so fulfilling. Her mother wanted her to get a serious degree, and she did! Herdine earned degrees in Computer Information Systems, Business, and even a Master in Business Administration for good measure, but her passion for design never left. It is with this love for design and aesthetics and the joy of human interaction that makes this the happiest time of her life, doing her favorite thing in the world: matching clients with gorgeous real estate in paradise that they will be happy with. She also loves to travel and has a fondness for animals.
