Heather Watson is a REALTOR® who combines her tenacity and love for the industry, with her passion for education and helping others. Prior to Real Estate, Heather graduated from Lynchburg College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education, and continued on to earn her Master’s Degree in Special Education from Liberty University. She previously worked 10 years with Lynchburg City Public Schools as a Special Education teacher and Kindergarten teacher. During that time, she also grew her family with her husband. They have 4 children, 3 boys and a girl, 13, 9, 7, and 4 years old. You’ll sometimes see them with her putting out signs, ‘working’ in the office, or in her social media posts enjoying activities around town that she shares with you!

In 2022, 2023, and 2024 Heather was awarded the Top Producer of the Year award, the highest honor at her previous brokerage, as well as a Diamond Award for her sales volume, and awards for Real Estate Excellence. Her biggest accomplishment however, is in the service she has provided hundreds of people in our community. She has earned a 5 Star rating, accompanied by over 60 client testimonials which attest to her value (those can be found on her Facebook page). One of those clients even coined the term, “Concierge Realtor” for her. Specifically stating, “I have worked with many agents buying and selling homes, and in various locations, but you are definitely the ‘Concierge’ of Realtors.” The term stuck, and Heather decided she was going to strive to provide that service continuously for each and every client.
