CASA Schools is a six-month culinary mentor/externship program designed for future chefs, restaurant owners and others interested in the culinary arts.
Students apprentice inside Pez Cantina Los Angeles, CA while they learn in one-on-one sessions with the restaurant's chef, Bret Thompson. Pez Cantina specializes in a coastal-theme Mexican menu. This hands-on, real world mentor/extern method of education is ideal, especially when paired with our online curriculum.
