As FIRST Homeowners，we bought a few properties located at Nedlands upon settlement Alecia ，Corrections is KAREN kidman here refused to provide us a copy of our contract，terms and service agreement after engaged them!!Turned out they had a History of bad records. No wander not willing to provide us us a copy of our Contract，the terms and services agreement with Them!!!

Alecia, is just plain rude and ARROGANT!!Came here for enquired a property sale transaction, a certificate copy of my OWN Sales property transactions but instead Alecia Left unresponsive, without a Reply and do not even Bother to provide me a Copy!!Just plain Full Arrogant and ignorant

My GOD!!Recently, had a book appointment with Alecia upon the settlement transactions of 2 newly- bought properties on Hayman but upon arrival, the reception said i did not make an Appointment with Alecia , Luckily thank GOD Alecia heard my voice and sound then came out from her office room and end up we did meet !! OR Else...........The reception just plain Rude and Arrogant!!

Kidman conveyancing services is just Unethical and doesn't follow the professional acts 2.0 LAW on properties settlement. Part of their services does not even include settling the Subsdivision titles nor provide STRATA titles for each Lots of property. Just pure gullible and plain services for settlement. As per based on Quotes!

Kidman conveyancing does sounds Fishy! At their Quotes saying "We do not charge a flat fee so you will NEVER be over charged" !! Does it even make a SENSE!! IF you do not charge a flat fee then you will ONLY be Over Charged!!This settlement agent doesn't even connects "its Wiring"!!

Kidman Conveyancing Services is just one of those Typical agency who receives your Money &Full payments then Left you out dry and Empty!!Do not even bother finishing the job Untrustworthy and unreliable, let alone unprofessional!!Besides, "At Kidman Conveyancing services, we do not Charge a Flat fee for disbursements. This means that you are Never over charged" ! ? ? WHAT does that even means !!Either you charge a flat fee, you are Only Never ever charged OR IF you do not charge a Flat fee, you maybe be over charged!!Kidman Conveyancing services, this settlement agent sounds Fishy!!

Kidman Conveyancing services is just One of those settlement agents who ONCE receives your fees or Full payments!!With a blink of an eye, will Left you out empty and Dry!!Do NOT even bother finish the Job! My GOD!! Recently, request of my CT(cert. lot title) from them. Nonetheless, just direct me to Landgate after seconds then Left unresponsive!! NO Respond at ALL, Unprofessional, let alone irresponsible!!
