Life Choices Clinic and Care Center is a free early pregnancy and sexual health clinic located in Yakima, Washington and serves all of Central Washington. We provide free STD testing, free pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, pregnancy options, abortion pill, and in-clinic abortion information, limited medical services, parenting help, and referrals. We do not require proof of insurance and we do not charge for medical services or support services.
