Mrs. Baker's Still House is a family-owned and operated Victorian gin distillery in Glenpatrick, Central Victoria. Established in 2016, the distillery is run by a tight-knit mother-and-daughters team of Jane, Elizabeth & Georgette. Female distiller Elizabeth has an excellent talent for making beautiful gins with style and finesse. The distillery operates with three stills, named David, Electra, and Franklin. Electra is the largest still and is used to produce high-strength spirits.
