John learned the business in 1992 in southern CA. He enjoys being in the service industry; helping people solve their problems, and interacting with customers. Over the years, John has gained many repeat, loyal customers. Many people comment "he's been here before". Many of our customers also appreciate that we are local on the Island. Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. We consider this to be a "customer service" business more than a garage door business.
