Long before a property is developed with a building or other type of structures upon it, there’s usually an empty lot.  Empty that is except for things like building materials, construction equipment, trailers, tools, and other types of property commonly found there.  Usually, there’s a temporary chain link fence or wooden barrier erected around the property… a real temptation to those looking to steal from the location or worse, to commit arson.  MOSSAD is often hired to protect building sites with the use of surveillance equipment, mobile patrols, and guards to protect all access points and the site perimeter 24/7.
