Bill and Emily Allen started Balloon Man in 2012. It's been their dream for years to own a business together and when the opportunity came about, they couldn't pass it up. They serve many families in their community, as well as families in their other 3 territories, with elaborate balloon displays to help celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, sweet 16's, graduations, and any other special event their clients can dream up.
