Our manual green sand molding process has been in use since we started in 1933 because it offers low tooling costs and economical casting prices. With numerous flask sizes, we can use existing tooling for your projects. Additionally, we operate a 20 X 24 automatic molding machine to meet high-production demands. Our sand molding process involves placing the pattern on a two-part frame or flask, filling it with sand, cutting a column, and pouring molten aluminum into the casting. To build moldings that will result in aluminum castings of the greatest caliber, we begin with the best sand available. We continuously evaluate our sand combination to achieve ideal molding circumstances because we are aware that the quality of the casting is important.
