He is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology and is an Associate of the American College of Mohs Surgery. Dr. Regan made the list of the region’s TOP DOCTORS, as chosen by his peers and published in Philadelphia Magazine in 2015 and again in 2016. Dr. Regan has lectured at several national medical meetings.
