PilatesByPamela is a STOTT Pilates studio located in Philadelphia, PA. We offer reformer as well as mat sessions for individuals of all levels. We have a very private, comfortable setting that shows a sense of calm as well as focus. Only private or duet sessions are provided, allowing customers to take part in difficult and inspiring mind-body exercises without interruption. Our studio is outfitted with advanced equipment consisting of the following: V2 Max Plus Reformer, Stability Chair, Barrels, Complementary small equipment and other accessories.
