What is considered to be the New Art District, D.I.P is conveniently seated on the campus of the Philadelphia Circus Arts on Greene St. in the historic section of Germantown in Philadelphia, PA. Dance Institute of Philadelphia operates under the Artistic Direction of Carli R. Farris and provides quality dance training through various programs.
