Beginning in 1986 at our original Massapequa location and since the 1989 move to our current office in Bellmore, we have offered a wide range of chiropractic services. Our founder, Dr. Martin Marmorale, specializes in Graston Technique® therapy, an instrument-assisted soft tissue manipulation that effectively breaks down fascial restrictions, commonly referred to as “knots” within the muscle.
