We have two modern studios located in West Gosford (Central Coast) and Cameron Park (Lake Macquarie), offering pole dancing and aerial silks/Lyra classes - plus so much more! We have been open since 2012 and offer a variety of classes to suit all styles and fitness levels. We aim to empower people from all walks of life to feel fit and fabulous, and our competitively priced class.
