The Thompson Family has been a trusted name in heating and cooling in the Salt Lake Area since 1947. Founded by Bill Sr. after WWII, the business originally started as Thompson and Billows before becoming Thompson and Sons. In 1982, Bill Sr. retired, passing the company to his son, Gene, and grandson, Bill Jr. After selling to a nationwide company in 1997 and feeling the corporate environment wasn't a good fit, Gene and Bill left to create Thompson’s Comfort Connection in 2005. Now a local, family-owned business again, Bill, along with his sons Mike and Colton, continues to provide exceptional service from their original location in Midvale. Bill holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Utah and is equipped to handle any HVAC project.
