LG gas dryer was purchased with warranty from Lowe’s. Asurrion has scheduled a tech out 4 times in 30 days and still they have not fixed or replaced my dryer. 3 days of lost time at work. The last time the technician called off sick. Nearly every part has been replaced and they continue to allow the inept technician to guess at more things to try. They refuse to replace or repair this unit and therefore are in breech of this agreement. Customer service supervisor refused to provide a full name or operator ID that I could reference. Just Ann the supervisor from the Philippines who was very hard to converse with due to her poor English skills. If you buy an appliance from Lowe’s, LG or a warranty through Assurion. (Lowe’s) be forewarned of the service or lack there of that you will receive. Please think twice about dealing with Asurion Warranties through Lowe’s. They are a very sketchy company in my opinion.
