NEVER, EVER USE THIS MAN TO FINANCIALLY PURCHASE A NEW HOME! I reached out to him to help with a new home purchase on 3/7/2024 ... 40 days later, on the day I sold my current home and 3 days prior to going to settlement on my new home purchase, he dropped the ball on us. There was no loan. He never locked in the interest rate. He got involved in a higher paying transaction that took his focus off of us. He falsified our income (lowered it) on the loan application so that I would qualify for a USDA loan, which I later learned, I would never have qualified for because my yearly income was too high. I went weeks without hearing from him or his loan processor. He refused to return calls, emails, texts from our agent, the tittle attorney, etc .. All who were trying to help us in this transaction. He failed us in so many ways. We were literally 1 hour away from being homeless, moving truck packed and ready. At the last minute, we found a rental. HE IS A HEARTLESS, LYING, DECEITFUL PERSON!!
