Had my pump replaced in dishwasher by them still wouldn't drain said needed new hose on plumbing waited days then I called plumber he used a snake works great call capital she tells me it's $180 give her my credit card number then next day charges me over $300 call back she was so rude so unprofessional wouldn't give me A customer service number any head office number.I was so angry how poorly she conducted herself.I would never have a employee of mine speak to a paying customer in that manner.Dont use them
