About Danika Giard Real Estate

After working many years in the dental field as a Dental Hygienist Danika shifted gears and became licensed in Washington and Idaho to sell real estate. Two very different fields but one common theme; working with clients to help them achieve their personal goals. Danika brings with her a strong skillset that is key to success in the real estate industry. She values building quality relationships with her clients that go beyond the initial transaction of buying or selling real estate. 

Danika is a master in educating, problem solving, negotiating and acting as an advocate for her clients. She has also earned her certification as a SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) designated REALTOR®. Her extensive training and years spent in healthcare makes her the ideal agent to assist seniors and their families with difficult decisions that involve moving out of their homes. She is able to assist clients and their families with downsizing, decluttering, relocating, aging in place or transitioning into senior living centers and 55+older living communities. 

Danika was born and raised in Idaho and has lived throughout the Pacific Northwest as an adult. After spending the last eight years in Washington state she and her husband decided to return to Idaho. While not helping clients you will likely find her spending time with family or working on home renovation projects. Danika and her husband share one daughter, three sons and two dogs. Their boys are very active in all the school sports and activities. During the summer months they enjoy spending time on the lake together boating and camping. She stays active in the community by volunteering within the local schools and still finds time to host educational dental events. Danika has a true passion for helping others and strives to make each client’s experience smooth and memorable.
