The primary goal of my company is to alleviate clients' pain, promote proper recovery, enhance physical strength and flexibility in previously injured areas and provide appropriate aftercare. I prioritise understanding each individual's specific needs and take a holistic approach to their overall body functioning, rather than focusing solely on individual parts.
My services include sports and deep tissue massage, gua sha therapy, manual lymphatic drainage and kinesiology taping.
