BRIX is new Bar Restaurant serving great British seasonal and sustainable produce. Inspired by the Steak & Smoke houses of New York's Meatpacker District and Brooklyn's all day dining scene. We offer "Gourmet Street food", aged meats, locally sourced fish, an extensive wine list, craft beers, brunch & Bespoke Cocktails.
The space is split across our main Dining Hall, our Lounge Bar, private Dining Rooms and our late night Basement Bar in the heart of London Bridge.
