Clear Ocean Group was founded out of necessity. Our Founder, Amanda Grover, relocated from NYC to PR in 2017. During her relocation, Amanda encountered the same roadblocks that frustrate most people moving to an island that can often seem foreign when compared to other states. After successfully navigating the roadblocks herself, Amanda began helping friends relocate to Puerto Rico and became a licensed real estate broker in PR. Clear Ocean Group was officially launched in June 2019.
