Savor the Flavors of Texas Craft Wings

Hey there, Cluckers, and welcome to Texas Craft Wings - where flavor takes flight! We first opened our doors in August of 2023 to bring Willis, Texas delicious wings, craft beer, the best burgers, and creative takes on classic American cuisine in a fun and welcoming atmosphere.

Over the last almost year, there are several menu items that customers keep coming back for more of.  We’re wrapping up our first crawfish season, and while that has definitely been one of the top sellers for the last couple of months, we also want to highlight some of our favorites, and most ordered items. Let’s dig in!

Appetizer Favorites:

It’s really hard to beat anything fried, especially in Texas, but our Fried Pickles, Fried Jalapenos, and Fried Mushrooms are at the top of our most-ordered appetizer list! And what’s better than hot, crispy, fried potatoes? Fried potatoes loaded with chopped chicken tenders, queso, buffalo sauce, ranch, and sprinkled with green onions, that’s what.  Our Buffalo Loaded Taters make an excellent app (if you can share). Get them with fries or tater tots! 

Burger and Sandwich Most Ordered:

We know this isn’t Tennessee, but our Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich is deliciously hot and has fried or grilled chicken breast coated in our hot Nashville sauce and topped with tangy coleslaw and crispy pickles. Not into the spice? No problemo! The Craft Bacon Cheeseburger is just what the doctor ordered, literally! 100% juicy Angus beef is cooked to perfection and topped with melty American cheese, thick cut bacon, and all the fixins on a pillowy brioche bun. 

Seasonal Specialties:

Without a doubt, crawfish is one of our most popular seasonal menu items.  We sell it by the pound with corn and potatoes for only $6.99/lb or $4.99/lb on Thursdays (but it’s going FAST and will be gone soon) We also have crawfish in our Seafood Duo, Seafood Trio, and Hi-Roller Platters along with shrimp, crab legs, and lobster tail. Oscar Dip started as a seasonal item but became so popular that it found it’s way onto our permanent menu! This spicy, seafood filled sauce is usually served with garlic toast, but also makes a great topping for our occasional steak nights or lobster tail. 

Fan Favorite Wing Flavors:

We have arrived at last to our namesake, the wings! We’ve got boneless wings, traditional bone-in wings, double fried wings, battered wings, AND grilled wings. Our personal favorites are the double fried wings, and our most ordered wings are the traditional bone-in. We have the sauces you know and love like garlic parm, mango habanero, and teriyaki. We also have our house buffalo sauce, spicy garlic, sweet thai chili, and smokin chipotle ready to knock your socks off!
