How To Order Labels & Stickers For Your Business From Label Planet

At Label Planet, we have been supplying labels for businesses of all shapes and sizes for 20 years. We aim to make it as quick and simple as possible for our customers to find the labels they need, place their order, and receive their labels so they can get printing.  

How To Order Self Adhesive Labels Online

Get started on our home page at www.labelplanet.co.uk. You can search for labels using our Label Finder, Alphabetical List, or enter a product code into the search bar.

Our label codes all begin with LP. Each product has its own product page and each product page is listed on a range page. You can find a full list of our range pages on our Product List.

On the product page, select the quantity you need and add your items to the basket. To order coloured labels, you will also need to select your colour.

Checkout and enter your billing address, delivery address (if different), and contact details.

Orders for fewer than 250 sheets can be put on special delivery to guarantee next day delivery.

Make payment using a debit/credit card or a PayPal account. Once you have confirmed your payment details, you must confirm your order details to complete the checkout process.

You will now receive two emails. We send an email to confirm receipt of your order and our payment providers (Stripe and PayPal) will send an email to confirm that your payment was successful. 

When we process your order, you will receive a third confirmation email.

How To Order Self Adhesive Labels By Phone

Our Customer Service Team takes orders by phone Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm. Let us know the products and quantities you wish to order, along with your delivery information. We can accept payment by debit or credit card. You can also request a Proforma Invoice for payment by credit/debit card, BACS transfer, or cheque.

We operate on a payment with order basis and will not despatch goods until payment has been made (or you provide proof that a BACS transfer has been scheduled). The one exception is Local Education Authority schools, see below.

How To Order Self Adhesive Labels By Email

Send an Official Purchase Order (or the details of your order and your delivery information) to us by email and we’ll send you a Proforma Invoice for payment by credit/debit card, BACS transfer, or cheque. As above, we will not despatch your order until we have received payment.

If you are a Local Education Authority school, you may request a School Invoice; this gives you 30 days for payment. You must send us an official School Purchase Order OR your order details on official school letterhead, signed by the individual responsible for making payment.

How To Order Self Adhesive Labels By Post

Send us an official purchase order or your order (and delivery) details into a note and post it to us – along with a cheque or postal order for payment – at Label Planet, Unit 2 Alvaston Business Park, Middlewich Road, Nantwich, Cheshire, CW5 6PF. Cheques should be made payable to “Label Planet Ltd”.

You will need to leave plenty of time for your order to arrive with us and for us to despatch your order back to you.
