CrossFit Birkenhead was started in 2009 by head coach Paul Davies, and has been going strong ever since! We were the fourth CrossFit gym to open in NZ, so we really know our stuff. We pride ourselves on providing a friendly, non-intimidating, and safe environment for our members to work out. Our awesome members give our gym a community feeling. We all have a lot of fun too! Our coaches are all qualified and experienced and will help you achieve your fitness goals.
