Seward is nestled at the top of a fjord in Resurrection Bay, in the Gulf of Alaska. Surrounded on three sides by the Kenai mountains, we are also the gateway to Kenai Fjords National Park. Seward is one of Alaska's oldest and most scenic communities, with a rich and varied history that started with the Alutiiq / Sugpiaq people thousands of years ago.
